Return Policy

 

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery and receive a full refund for the price of the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To return your item, please follow these instructions:

1. Email ContactUs@SuaLana.com stating your name, order number and reason for return, or call us at 503-543-2903 (M-F 8:00am-5:00pm PST) to speak with us directly.
2. Sua Lana Glass Art will email you a ‘Return Materials Authorization’ (RMA) form.
3. Please print out the RMA form and fill it out completely.
4. Pack the item in its original box with the original packing materials, along with the completed RMA form.
5. Ship it back to us, insured for the full price of the item at:

No return will be accepted if item is not returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging, and shipped within 7 days of the delivery date. Refunds will be given upon receipt of the returned item.

This Return Policy does not apply to custom commission work. Refer to commission agreement for details.
